At Liberty Exports, growth isn’t solely about exporting world-class agricultural products. Rather, it’s about cultivating people, ideas, and innovation. Right now, our company is buzzing with energy, thanks to a powerhouse team of nine interns making waves across departments and borders.
These incredible individuals come from diverse backgrounds; however, they share one thing in common: they’re driven, creative, and full of ideas that truly move the needle. Whether they are crafting high-performing content, analysing campaign metrics, or refining HR processes, they do much more than simply support Liberty—they are transforming it from the inside out.
Across Digital Marketing (5 interns), Content Writing (3 interns), and Human Resources (1 intern), our interns dive into real projects, bring their boldest ideas to the table, and collaborate seamlessly. Moreover, they ask smart questions, challenge the norm, and in turn make us better every day.
In essence, they aren’t here to observe—they’re here to build, create, and leave their mark.
This is our celebration of their brilliance, their contributions, and the spirit of possibility they bring to Liberty Exports. We’re not only proud to have them, but we’re also even prouder to share their journey with the world.

What Do Our Interns Do? (Spoiler: EVERYTHING.)
When we say our interns make an impact, we are not exaggerating. In fact, they actively contribute to everything that fuels Liberty’s digital engine and enhances our internal culture. On any given day, they are:
- Brainstorming campaign ideas that effectively connect Indian agriculture to international audiences in creative ways.
- Managing reels that go viral, tracking engagement analytics, and suggesting tweaks that boost performance by the hour.
- Writing content that’s not only informative but also strategic, keyword-rich, and aligned with our brand voice and business goals.
- Streamlining onboarding flows, refining communication practices, and building an intern culture that feels more like a team and less like a hierarchy.
What truly sets this team apart is how they approach every task, whether big or small, with a full heart. Instead of waiting for instructions, they proactively bring new ideas. Furthermore, they never settle for “good enough”; instead, they aim to surprise us in the best way possible.
Each intern owns their space. For example, a content writer may pitch a headline that becomes a campaign slogan, while a marketing intern might turn a data insight into a new social media trend. Similarly, our HR intern may step up with a new process that brings the whole team closer together.
And the best part? They support each other. They share resources, swap ideas, and cheer each other on. Ultimately, collaboration here isn’t forced—it’s their default mode.
Their work isn’t “intern-level.” Rather, it’s company-shaping.
